Brooklyn Brewing happens to be one of our favorite breweries and wouldn’t ya know they use Pappy Van Winkle barrels in their brewing process! They aren’t the only brewery that uses bourbon barrels. As it turns out there’s quite a few that recycle barrels to introduce new flavors that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to mimic.
